Lunch at the Brasserie Restaurant in Haddington
Commended Brasserie at the East Lothian Food and Drink Awards 2007/2008

An atmosphere of quiet elegance is reflected
in the new brasserie here at Maitlandfield House Hotel where the hotel’s Head Chef, William Black
and his team, prepare dishes that are modern and also traditional, with emphasis on using fresh local produce which
surround us in East Lothian and the Borders as a general rule.
On sunday we operate our normal lunch menu with the addition of two carved roast, one being a rib eye of local East Lothian reared beef with yorkshire pudding and trimmings and one other roast of the day complemented with roast potatoes and steamed vegetables
