The hosting of an anniversary, retrial party, a congratulatory dinner, the marking of some special achievement are all events in which Maitlandfield House Hotel management and there team excel. THE GREAT HALL BANQUETING ROOM Is the main banqueting function room at Maitlandfield House Hotel. A banquet or dinner seating plan can be laid out in a variety of ways to accommodate your own private event. At the center of the Great Hall a fine dance floor is a fixture of the room that can be covered with carpet during the main meal and exposed after this in preparation for the dance. The warm decor and comfortable seating makes this the ideal venue for your event. This room can accommodate a maximum of 200 and can be divided to hold smaller events.
SIXTEEN KING'S DINING ROOM. Named after the Sixteen Kings who have visited Haddington since 1124. Ten of them were Scottish Kings, two of them whom were born in Haddington. The room
is graced with photographs of 16 Kings and some of there armour. The room can accommodate up to a maximum of 36 on a u shape table or 24 around a block table. Here we can create your own special menu that we will combined with our great personal service and a wonderful atmosphere, creating a time to remember.
THE RECEPTION DINING ROOM. The
original dining room of the Maitlandfield House, this room has been designed to reflect this
theme offering a little romance in style and elegance, which retain
the charm and warmth of the House. The room can comfortably cater for a maximum of 38 people for dinner. 
THE BRASSERIE GRILL. A great space for casual lunch or dinner. Catering from a table of one to a larger group of up to 50 people. Reservations are generally not required, however it is advisable t
