Wedding Terms and Conditions

A provisional booking can be held for 7 days without obligation. This booking will automatically be released thereafter. To confirm a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £500 with written confirmation of appropriate times and minimum numbers. After the initial deposit is paid a further non-refundable deposits are required of £500 every six months thereafter up to 75% of the total estimated account. The remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days prior to the event, at which point final numbers are finalised

Once this deposit is paid it confirms that you also comply with the terms and conditions of the booking. The hotel reserves the right in the event of cancellation, to raise a charge, in addition to the deposits payd, proportionate to the business lost.
