SUMMARY
- A provisional booking can be held for 7 days without obligation.
- This booking will automatically be released thereafter.
- To confirm a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £500 with written confirmation of appropriate times and minimum numbers.
- After the initial deposit is paid a further non-refundable deposits are required of £500 every six months thereafter up to 75% of the total estimated account.
- The remaining balance will be due no later than 14 days prior to the event, at which point final numbers are finalised
