your Civil Partnership Ceremony, there is something to suit everyone. Our committed events staff can help you plan and prepare for your special
day and will be with you throughout.
Commitment Ceremonies
can be held within one of the hotel's four private function rooms or the gardens.
- The Great Hall can accommodate from 50 to 200 depending on the table plan
- The Ante Room can accommodate up to 50
- The Sixteen Kings Suite can accommodate up to 30
- The Tyne Suite can accommodate up to 20
Ceremonies may take place at any time of day between 9.00am and 17.00hrs, on any day of the year except Easter and Christmas, subject to availability. It is necessary to make a separate booking with the Registrar, thereafter a copy of the civil marriage booking form will be signed by the hotel on your request.
