There are four rooms that can be available to hold your Civil Partnership Ceremony, there is something to suit everyone. Our committed events staff can help you plan and prepare for your special day and will be with you throughout.

HUMANIST CEREMONIES

can be arranged for marriages or renewal-of-vows, to opt for a Humanist Ceremony is to choose an entirely secular, non-religious ceremony. Humanist celebrants can also conduct naming and welcoming ceremonies for babies and children, same-sex commitments, memorials, funerals and other ceremonies.

CIVIL CEREMONIES

can be held within one of the hotel's four private function rooms or the gardens and are conducted by a registrar.

• The Great Hall can accommodate from 50 to 200
• The Ante Room can accommodate up to 50
• The Sixteen Kings Suite can accommodate up to 30
  

Civil Ceremonies may take place at any time of day between 9.00am and 17.00hrs, on any day of the year except public holidays, subject to availability. It is necessary to make a separate booking with the Registrar, thereafter a copy of the civil marriage booking form will be signed by the hotel on your request.
