THE CLASSIC BEDROOMS: - DOUBLE or TWIN ROOMS: - These comfortable rooms varying in size and style, situated in extended wings of the house dating back to 1901. Facilities including, Double Bed, Twin Bed, Bath or Shower, free Wi-Fi, telephone, digital TV and coffee making facilities with mineral water. The rate includes full breakfast.

STANDARD ROOM: - A pleasantly cosy single bed room situated in the extended wings of the house. Facilities including en-suite shower, bathroom toiletries, free Wi-Fi, telephone, digital TV and tea / coffee making facilities with mineral water.
HONEYMOON SUITE:- The largest of the hotel bedrooms, situated on the first floor of the original house built in 1654.
Rich in colours and newly modernised, Facilities include corner bath and over bath shower, quality toiletries, fluffy white towels, bathrobes, hair dryer, Large 50" digital TV, telephone in bathroom and bedroom and a comfortable sitting / lounge suit, complimented with coffee making facilities with mineral water and fine Scottish biscuits.

Furnished in warem colours and equipped with modern facilities including bath and shower, telephone desk, quality toiletries, fluffy white towels, hair dryer, digital TV, complimented with coffee making facilities with mineral water and fine Scottish biscuits.
HERITAGE LADY MAITLAND:- Situated on the first floor of the main house dating back to 1654. Lady Maitland Room is prepared with Double Bed and a large bathroom. Facilities including bath and shower, telephone desk, quality toiletries, fluffy white towels, hair dryer, Digital TV, complimented with coffee making facilities with mineral water and fine Scottish biscuits.
THE GARDEN ROOM: - A Heritage Room accessible from the garden with private access, in the ground floor of the original house built in 1654. Rich in colours and equipped with modern facilities including small bath and shower, quality toiletries, fluffy white towels, hair dryer, digital TV, telephone in bedroom, sitting desk and sofa. Complimented with coffee making facilities with mineral water and fine Scottish biscuits. The room is prepared with a Ziplink Super king Bed or Continental Style Twin.
HOWDEN ROOM: - A Heritage room situated on the ground floor of the original house.
