Terms and Conditions of Room Bookings
Summary
BEDROOM BOOKING CONDITIONS: A £40.00 per night non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking.
- All bookings cancelled prior to the arrival date will loose the deposit, no further charge will be incurred.
- All corporate bookings cancelled prior to 48 hours of the arrival date will not be charged however if cancelled within 48 hours of expected arrival will be charged in full.
- Check-in time is between 14.00hrs and 22.00hrs, early check-in can be pre-arranged for a small supplement.
- Check out is by 11am on the day of departure, late check out can be pre-arranged for a small supplement.
Charges are subject to alteration without notice and all prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
