Terms and Conditions of Room Bookings

Summary

BEDROOM BOOKING CONDITIONS: A £40.00 per night deposit will be taken at time of booking. If booked in a special rate then the full amount of the booking will be taken also at the time of booking.

• All bookings deposits are non refundable.
• All corporate bookings cancelled prior to 72 hours of the arrival date will not be charged however if cancelled within 72 hours of expected arrival will be charged in full.
• Check-in time is between 14.00hrs and 22.00hrs, early check-in can be pre-arranged for a small supplement.
• Check out is by 11am on the day of departure, late check out can be pre-arranged for a small supplement.

Booking condition Charges are subject to alteration without notice and all prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate
