New Years Eve Dinner 2008

The festivities begin with a drinks reception in the drawing room followed by the Taste of Scotland three course dinner. Dancing will beguin from arround 21.30hrs unill the early hours, The piper will welcome in the New Year, and the dancing continues until 1am.

Hogmanay Menu

chicken parfait, with toasted brioche                                                                                   roasted peppers and tomato soup with herb croutons

carved rib eye of local reared beef with dauphinoise potato,madeira wine and thyme jus roulade of trout fillet and smoked salmon on wilted spinach laced with shellfish bisque

duo of chocolate and mocha with tia maria sauce winter fruit                                               steamed fruit pudding with dark rum sauce and cream

freshly brewed coffee with petit fours and handmade shortbread
