traditional oven roasted turkey with trimmings and pan jus roast rib eye of scottish prime beef with claret wine sauce pan roasted fillet of salmon on chick pea, tomato and coriander salsa
steamed christmas pudding with caramelised dark rum cream sauce vanilla and lime cheesecake with orange marmalade compote scottish cheese platter selection with roasted chutney and oatcakes
